Green week!

With my favorite color being green and all, I sure love decorating for this holiday!

Shelby was extra into it this year too.
She even made this clover in her lunch!

After celebrating early in the week at school, my neighbor Allison and I took the kids out for ice cream and then hit up our favorite park-the one with a gate around it. No one had green ice cream. While the kids were at recess though, a leprechaun snuck in and made a big mess of their room! Naughty!

Grandma Cindy got us clover cookies and frosting from Whole Foods and we had a grand old time decorating them! Rainbow sprinkles work perfectly here!

A delicious looking Irish flag!

Daylight savings....

gets them every time!

We got very lucky with our neighbors directly across the street!!!
They feed us dinner!!!

I don't know who has more fun, the kids at their table or the moms at ours! Okay, probably the moms. They have fun chatting about power rangers and we chat about whatever we want!!!

The next day we tried out a playgroup (not for us) and a library reading time at the almaden library (seriously like 75 people, nuts, never again) but we got out of the house and tried something new!

Later that day we had parent-teacher conference again. Grace's mom and I traded watching the kids on the school's playground during our conferences. This train is so awesome. The conference was awesome too. My angel is such a smart cookie and enjoys every part of school.

Then later I watched 2 of my neighbor's boys during her conference.
It's fun to have these matching sets of ages!

3 months apart! (Shelby is younger)

3 months apart! (Cora is older)

This trampoline really is awesome. Grandma and Grandpa Thompson, this was such a great gift!

On St. Patrick's Day we had a visitor! He left a funny note and some of his lucky charms!

That naughty leprechaun repeated his bathroom trick from last year.

Shelby thinks leprechauns are hysterical to 4 year olds! And baby Cora would tell anyone who would listen that "lePecaun gween, peepee! yeah! funny!"

Shelby had prepared the night before and decided that her ponies were up to the task of protecting our gold. They totally worked! The leprechaun was very impressed in his letter!

Shelby was so ECSTATIC about her pony defense working that she did a little jig before church. Both girls spent much of Sacrament meeting completely obsessed with picking the marshmallows out of the lucky charms. It was so magical!

After church we gobbled up Grandma Cindy's cookie that she sent us. Yum! Thanks!
