Mother's Day

Uncle Richard came home for Mother's Day Weekend and my Grandpa's birthday. We were so excited that he got to stay at our house, especially Shelby! She made sure to make him a sign with leonardo on it and leave some books and the remote out for him in the guest room. ;) 

It was great to have Richard visit because he's fun and because he helped us 

move in our new furniture and rug! bye old couch! 

Of course we had to eat Jack in the Box with him since there's no Jacks in Utah. 

Mmmmmm tacos. 

We swam too! 

The bachelor relaxing, it's hard to get a tan when you work all day and live in Utah!

Cora totally remembered him and let him hold her right away. That's a big deal! 

Richard and I chose some simple things, like her favorite food and flowers for Mom for Mother's Day. Richard always gets her a starbucks gift card too. I gave her grandkids. :) Nothing could compete with getting to talk to Brett so we didn't even try!

I sure love these 3, they made me a momma! Shelby did a great job singing with the primary at church. :) Love her! Mother's Day basically centered around talking to Brett. Afterwards we just hung out in our favorite spot, the Saratoga backyard. It was a very low-key, relaxing day. 

There were also water balloons, and sweet little cora had the hardest time getting them to pop! You can see the balloons bouncing around on the ground in most pictures. 

The next day Uncle Richard had to go back. We were sad. Miss you lots Richard Love you!
