Nursery

In our new ward I was first called to help teach Shelby's Sunbeam class. I loved being with her and seeing her in action at church. At the start of this year I moved to Nursery with Cora. Yay! Best calling in the church if you ask me! Shelby was sad, but she has two awesome teachers that made it all better. There are only two girls in Nursery, one in each age group, not that Cora cares at all. Kids this age sure don't like to play together! They are each like their own little islands. Shelby is also the only girl her age. Funny how that happens sometimes!

Towards the end of Nursery, we get out the musical instruments, turn on Called to Serve, or something like it, and march around the room. The kids love it. It's definitely damaged my ears though!

The Sunday before Cora's birthday, we made sure to celebrate in class.

We brought Cora's favorite fruit snacks to share with everyone. They were a hit! There are a bunch of allergies in Nursery so we are very careful but luckily the snacks were on everyone's okay to eat list!

We usually end class with Cora's favorite thing on Earth: bubbles!!!!
They bubbles smell too, this flavor was blueberries!

PURE JOY!

Searching for more to pop!

2 tomorrow! Such a big girl! Well, big in age anyway!
