time for some new shades and new shoes.

so...trevor had to look at my license for some paperwork, and he noticed that my license was expired. very expired as a matter of fact- 6 months!!! yikes. and i hadn't ever changed my address to dublin (3 and a half years later!) so after we dropped shelby off at preschool we headed straight into the lovely pleasanton dmv. i got to watch a worker get cussed out and then had my picture taken. lovely!

memorial day was fun and casual. we worked on projects around the house. (heaven) then lauren and her kids came over to eat and play while her hubby was painting their house. the highlight for me were homemade chocolate chip cookie ice cream sandwiches!

peonies and pinterest. doesn't get much better than that!

when cora is taking her nap, shelby and i like to do projects and some serious playtime. here we organized all of her animals according to their basic habitat. mountains, farm, africa, ocean, jungle, and dinasours-that one's purple! it was so fun.

and then the baby woke up and did her best impression of godzilla.

you know what? sometimes a big bribe is just what you need.

this pink dinasour dress is just amazing. thank you whoever designed this! it couldn't be more perfect.

they should just have our name written on this cart.

i have to hide this dress so that shelby will wear something else. it is so soft and so cute! i want one. i also would like to sleep like that in the middle of the day.
