back on april 28th, my baby brother went through the temple for the first time! trevor and i had the chance to go too, because my awesome friend lauren met us up there and watched our kids. and she brought her own two kids as well. super mom! she took some great pictures while we were inside...

the fact that cora didn't cry at all was a big answer to my prayers! we are in a major mommy attachment phase. so her happiness was such a blessing!
but who wouldn't be happy hanging out with such a cute boy? ha! well, actually lauren said that beckam is scared of cora. it's extra funny because he is twice her size!

since it was a weekend in between byu sessions, there were a bunch of weddings going on. it's always fun to see the brides and bridesmaids and judge their fashion choices. :)

we never planned it, but mom and dad (1982), richard (2004), brett (2012), and i (2005) each went through the temple for our endowment at the end of april within days of each other! and it was all done in the oakland temple too. we are so lucky to have such a beautiful temple so close by.
