putting together the pictures in hawaii was a little difficult since there were pictures from so many sources. my mom had a camera and i had two cameras and my iphone! so pictures for these posts a little out of order and random but at least i'm doing something with them!

one of the nights we all went out for a nighttime swim. yay for having flexible children who don't go to sleep early! it was the most memorable night of our trip, swimming around in the water warm as a bath and looking at the stars, laughing with my hubby, kids and brothers! that night mom and dad had gone on a cute date night. :) but they met us down there for a bit too.

gotcha! this is shelby! every day when i go out it seems like someone tells me who much the girls look alike, or how they look like me (aren't they supposed to?) or if they knew shelby as a baby, they marvel at how i have twins 2 and a half years apart. well, yes and no, i can see the difference, but i did birth 'em.

cora and big shelby with grandpa rich. i think that's the night that trevor and i got to go see breaking dawn on a date! i had waited long enough to see it! oh and it was extra funny because these two ladies, probably in their late 20's, kept having to get up during the movie and then we heard some bottles fall over and realized that they had been having a little drinking party while watching twilight! maybe they had to drink every time one of them rolled their eyes at the terrible dialogue. they were super drunk by the end. ha! whatever gets you through the cheesy movie (that i still totally loved, can't wait for the finale!) trevor is the best husband in the whole world.
i love watching these girls play together! especially while matching.

what a great resort! the banana or chocolate smoothies and fish tacos and bbq chicken mango salad that you could order you poolside were fantastic.
of course the grilled cheese or mac & cheese were also delish.
shelby decided wearing this dress once in hawaii was not enough! she's so cute.
grandpa and his ipad were happy in the room while the girls went on our last shopping trip for presents to bring home and the rest of the boys were scuba diving.
this baby girl sure loves her french fries! and shelby loves being silly and saying cheese!

Grandpa Curtis thinks the difference between Cora and Shelby is that Shelby always has an OWIIE on he forehead. Shelby also is a Thumber as was I. Cora is a sophisticated two finger wonder. I have loved the pictures and yet very jealous that I wasn't there. I can't match those memories but I still love seeing the Joy that everyone shares.
