baby cora

september 17th  

axel continues to be the best cat in the world. 

sometimes i even forget to feed him for a while and he still is nice.

never once has he scratched us. any of us! even my tiny girls who pull out his whiskers!

looks like cora wants to use the camera now. 

shelby seems unamused. 

sometimes i get a mild panic attack because i feel like i'm not documenting cora's baby moments enough. she's growing up just so darn fast! already by 8 months she learned how to pull herself up to stand in her crib.

i did it!

wow! i'm tall!

so. now what? 

um. mom? how do i get down? 

i'm getting a little nervous now. 

oh look, i made her laugh! she forgot about being scared. 

fun's over mom. help me!

i'm standing and i can't get down! 

did i mention that she is finally teething? 

there it is! that first tooth is trying to bust out of those gums! 

ouchie! 

i love this baby girl so much that i even helped her get down. if she does it on her own, then she eventually just lets go and falls. it doesn't hurt her so i'm free to laugh.

because my girls were born in different seasons, the clothes don't match up sizes and seasons. so this easter dress of shelby's fit cora in the fall. but i can still take pictures for fun! and i love that i can use it as an excuse to get cora new clothes. haha! and my mom likes to get them new matching clothes anyway. everybody wins. the economy needs it people.
