you would think after my BIG st. patrick's day card that i would have gone all out for the big green day, but it was pretty simple. i need to plan better for next year. even so, what i did was fun enough for a 3 year old! i opened all the kitchen cupboards and taped little green foot prints around and left a note about "ye gold" and of course, left some green food coloring/leprechaun pee in the toilet. i don't think she noticed anything except the leprechaun pee. she told everybody about that naughty approachable going pee pee in her house and stealing her gold coin from preschool which we just plain lost and i blamed it on the little fictional gold thieves!
but we definitely wore green, even though we missed the parade and festival because it was crazy cold/rainy/windy. maybe next year's weather will be better!
either the bear is shrinking or milk has done her body good!

shelby loved wearing her favorite dino shirt to school. it's from the boy's section at macys. where are the girl dinasour shirts?? she's holding up her special gold coin from school. she was so happy for me that everyone was wearing my favorite color. so thoughtful!
even now she is still setting traps to catch a leprachuan!
with daddy's expensive painting tape no less! cora is her lovely assistant.
