breakfast in paradise

i have to say, these beds were some of the best of any hotel we have ever stayed in! the rest of the family thought so too. lucky shelby got the whole thing, down comforters and all, to herself!

time to wake up shelby! let's go get some breakfast!

most mornings we just had a little something in our room, thank goodness for this rental high chair! :)

but this morning we got dressed and ate a big breakfast by the beach. we're so cute!

one of the fun/difficult things about traveling with kids is going out to eat so much. what a workout. 

brett was up, but richard decided to sleep in. my parents were out taking a long walk and got back just in time to order with us.

oh no! pineapple is so tart!

shelby was pretty happy, grandma on one side, daddy on the other!

now this is not fancy food, but the presentation makes it so special! shelby was super excited.

mom took the girls while i waited for the check and so i had a moment to soak in the view.

then it was back to the fun!
