shelby had a blast with her grandma kathi. and wow-we looked at trevor's baby pictures and we totally know where shelby got her cheeks! (side note-strangers at the mall sometimes touch shelby's cheeks. i can't seem to stop them! so usually i keep her at a distance when people get that look like they want to pinch her. ugh, the perils of being so cute!)
grandpa curtis and shelby got to play with her toy phone. she is pretty darn smart and knows that it isn't as fun as real phones though. luckily grandpa curtis' new iphone survived the trip!
shelby got super excited about mocha the dog (more on that later).
the hammock? not so much.
is daddy slam dunking shelby?
we went to see shelby's great grandma mary (93 years young!) she taught trevor to play the piano when he was little and still teaches kids now! she teaches us all about how to live a full, happy, wonderful life!
shelby loves her! (and just in case any one was concerned about my parenting i do have shelby wear pants at all times. but we had a slight mishap at great grandma's house and it was very very hot in fresno that day. )
for those who faint at the thought of germs (doggie germs to be exact) please do not watch this video! everyone else: enjoy!

Hahaha Shelby sure enjoyed those doggy kisses! Perhaps I can not freak out so much about our dog ever touching Mackenzi...oh how I stuggle with it! Ok, so at JoAnns last week a cashier with a BAND-AID on her finger (ick!) grabbed Mackenzi's cheeks and ALMOST tried to get a sleepy out of her eye. Are you kidding me?! My favorite is to wave Mackenzi's hand at people when I can sense they are about to grab her cute little fingers. Cheeks are harder to move out of the way without being rude...
she is so cute with animals! i love that she giggled when the dog kissed her:)
