shelby loves to read "how to win friends and influence people" and "the power of positive thinking" while at work. she leaves the fun fiction such as "where is baby's belly button" or "where is baby's mommy" for her downtime at home.
still checking her email. the blackberry is so distracting! just ask daddy and grandpa! it also tastes delicious.
working is hard, can't i just be a stay-at-home baby???
then again, seeing mommy and daddy and grandpa and grandma all work together is the best! yay!
trevor and i are so excited to be in business together and to have the opportunity to help people get their financial future in check. talk about a great time to be in the financial services industry! people need us! i love working with my husband because i love hanging out with him and because he gets to see shelby more than just nights/weekends. my parents built a business together and they have enjoyed financial freedom and a stronger bond because of their shared achievements. and, like shelby, my brothers and i got to grow up in and around the office. it was great! trevor and i are so excited to follow in their footsteps!
and by the way, despite the lack of photo proof, trevor is in the office with us. he just does this when the camera comes out:

Jake loved coming to work with me when he was Shelbys age. I also worked with my dad & we had baby gear galore by my desk and the break room. Once he was more mobile- I started working from home.
